Film Archive organizations restore and distribute valuable archives, that are either used for screening (e.g. by film inspection rooms, art theaters, film festivals) or shared with third parties (e.g. for film preservation, film research). It is therefore important for Film Archive organizations to apply forensic watermarking before distributing their valuable archives, in order to comply
with content security requirements and trace any leak back to its source.
